Multiple benefits
Massage candles are used to create a warm atmosphere for a few minutes and then you can use the melted wax as massage oil. Because of its low melting point, the oil becomes warm and do not cause any burning. Massage candles create a warm atmosphere and the oils in them makes your skin feel relax and hydrated.
How to use
- Light the candle for 10–15 minutes to allow enough oil to form.
- Blow out the flame and the oil is ready to use.
- You can either pour the melted wax directly onto the skin, or apply with your fingertips and massage it in. The light and silky texture will moisturize and absorb into the skin.
Many of us would be able to pour the melted wax directly from the burning candle onto the skin and feel comfort only. However, every individual has a different heat tolerance so we always recommend that you try a small amount on your skin before you pour any larger quantities. Our candles have been developed with specific waxes that melt at a low temperature so that you can use them for massage. You should never pour melted waxes or stearin from other candle-makers on your skin!
As always before you use a new product on you skin - try it first. Put some of the melted wax on your skin 24h before you start a massage to make sure that you don't get an allergic reaction. If you have an allergic reaction, stop using the product and contact your medical advisor if necessary.
